Quotes About The Freeman “Destiny waits alike for the Freeman as well as for him enslaved by another's might.” Aeschylus “All of the arts, poetry, music, ritual, the visible arts, the theater, must singly and together create the most comprehensive art of all, a humanized society, and its masterpiece, the Freeman” Bernard Berenson “How is freedom measured, in individuals as in nations? By the resistance which has to be overcome, by the effort it costs to stay aloft. One would have to seek the highest type of Freeman where the greatest resistance is constantly being overcome: five steps from tyranny, near the threshold of the danger of servitude.” Friedrich Nietzsche “No Freeman shall ever be debarred the use of arms.” Thomas Jefferson “He does not seem to me to be a Freeman who does not sometimes do nothing” Marcus Tullius Cicero “A hungry man is not a Freeman.” Adlai E. Stevenson "Freeman is a hungry man" Lefty “The hope of Freeman in a frightened world are the values which man puts ahead of inventions when his back is to the wall. These values are beauty, truth, goodness and having a faith, all of which are bombproof.” Ralph W. Sockman "The saving man becomes the Freeman" Chinese Proverb "Freeman, free good" German Proverb "I am not the Freeman" Morgan Freeman |
